There is rarely a time when you give an anniversary gift where there is not a card included. And if you waited until the last minute it can especially nerve racking standing there in the aisle reading through greeting cards.

Of course you don’t want one that look too cheap and you probably don’t want to spend $10 on one either.  Well here is a tip that will surely make your card choice a hit.

First of all think of something that you would want to say to your mate that will really reach them in a profound way. It does not have to be anything deep, just thoughtful and sincere. It should also be something fits the character of the relationship or at least representative of what you would like the relationship to be.

Then, before handing the card to your mate consider the following…sit him/her down in a quiet place and read the card to them! That’s right, read it to them, pausing occasionally to look in their eyes so they know the depth of your desire to communicate a special message to them.

Sound too simple…try it and see exactly what I am talking about. It will mean a millions times more than a them run of the mill way this is usually done.
